## About
The official Arabic-language news site of Yemen's Ministry of Defence, covering military activity, government affairs and local issues.

26sep.net is an Arabic-language news site centred on Yemen. Its front page runs a live stream of headlines and breaking items, and the menu separates Arab and international news, follow-ups, finance and business, culture, sport, and science and technology. Further sections carry news reports, coverage of the military fronts, features and miscellany.

The site also offers video, a searchable archive and a most-read list showing visit counts beside each story. A weekly paper edition is referenced through an issue-number box and a link to the print version, along with sections for interviews, opinion articles, a weekly file and a page for the last word.

Coverage is written from a clear political position on the conflict in Yemen, and much of the current news concerns air strikes and fighting on the ground.
