BELTA publishes news from Belarus and abroad across sections for the president, government bodies, politics, the economy, society, regions, incidents, technology, world affairs, culture, sport and an entertainment calendar (Afisha), alongside interviews, commentary, photo news, video, official videos and infographics. It lists government bodies from the presidency, the Council of Ministers and the Council of the Republic to individual ministries and regional executive committees, and shows current temperature and currency exchange rates for EUR, USD and RUB alongside weather for cities including Minsk, Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno and Mogilev. The site is offered in Belarusian, Polish, English, German, Spanish, Chinese and Russian.

Its advertising section, headed "Реклама на БЕЛТА," names banners, interviews, native advertising, advertising-information articles and special projects as ad spot types offered on the site.
