Nishinippon Shimbun

Nishinippon Shimbun (西日本新聞me) is a Japanese-language news site covering Fukuoka and the wider Kyushu region, publishing news on society, politics and the economy, along with education, medicine, culture and events across Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki and Kagoshima. It also runs an investigative reporting team, a reader tip-off desk, columns on local companies and executive interviews, and coverage of the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks baseball team.
