Film audiences in the UK exploring cinema through the BFI's programmes, archive and screenings.

The BFI publishes film news, reviews, festival coverage and obituaries, alongside listings for BFI Southbank, which runs four screens seven days a week, and BFI IMAX, showing 70mm screenings. It operates a streaming service offering hand-picked films from £6.99 per month with a 14-day free trial.

It also organises the BFI London Film Festival, running 7 to 18 October 2026 in London and around the UK, and covers BFI membership, learning and training, and funding and industry sections, plus a magazine featuring a once-a-decade poll of critics on the greatest films.
