Zalo is a Vietnamese messaging application positioned as Vietnam's No. 1 communication app, alongside related products including Zing MP3 for music streaming, Báo Mới for news, Kiki Auto as an in-car AI assistant, and Zalo Video for short-form video. The company reports more than 2.2 billion messages sent daily, more than 81.3 million users of Zalo, more than 1.6 million installs of Kiki Auto, and more than 40 million users of Zalo Video.

Advertising runs across the app and commerce channels, with named ad spots including Quang cao Commerce, Quang cao Form (Lead form ads), Quang cao Tin Nhan (Message ads) and Quang cao Website (Website ads). The site's ads.txt file lists 93 ad system lines, with 60 direct and 61 reseller entries.
