Listings can be posted for free, including a Room Wanted ad or a room-to-let ad, and the site runs a Live Rent Free promotion plus dedicated sections for student accommodation, Monday to Friday lets and LGBT flatshares. It also publishes guides on the Rent a Room scheme, shared home insurance and tenancy agreements, and lists Trustpilot reviews rated 4.7 out of 5.
