Here's every cookie Adspotfinder sets, what it's for and how long it stays. The short version: four small cookies of our own, all there to make the site work, and nothing that follows you around the web.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website saves in your browser, so it can remember something between pages or visits, like the fact that you're signed in.
Our own cookies
We set four cookies, all first-party and all needed for the site to work. Two keep you signed in, one remembers your language and one remembers a shared link that opened a page for you.

What we keep in your browser instead
Your light or dark theme is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. It never leaves your device and we can't read it.
Analytics
We count visits with Plausible, which works without cookies and without collecting personal data. We don't use Google Analytics, ad pixels or any other tracking tools.
Cookies from other companies
When you pay, you're on Stripe's checkout, and Stripe sets its own cookies there to process the payment safely. If you sign in with Google, Google does the same on its own pages. Those cookies belong to them, and their policies cover how they're used.
How to manage cookies
You can see and delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block ours, the site still works for browsing, but you won't be able to stay signed in, and your language choice won't be remembered.
Changes to this policy
If we add or change a cookie, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
