No. A subscription belongs to your Adspotfinder account. One account can claim listings; the plan follows the account, not any listing.

Does paying move a listing up?

Never. Position comes from traffic rank and nothing else. No plan changes where a listing sits.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. The plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
