Claro is a Brazilian telecommunications operator selling combos of fibre home internet, mobile internet, pay television and mobile phone plans with 4G and 5G, alongside apps and add-on services. Its site covers plans for individual customers as well as small, medium and large business and government accounts, plus services such as international roaming, cloud storage through Claro Sync, home Wi-Fi mesh systems, digital security with McAfee, and streaming bundles covering Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, Globoplay, HBO Max and Netflix. Self-service options include bill payment, chip registration, portability tracking and a customer ombudsman channel, run through its Minha Claro app and website.
